Roof Repair Smedway handles Roof Replacement projects across Sodus Point from full tear-off through final inspection, with a written scope you approve before anything is torn down.
We walk Sodus Point homeowners through material options, tear-off scope, and timeline before a single shingle comes off, so there are no surprises mid-project.
Every Roof Replacement includes a pre-project walkthrough so there are no surprises once tear-off actually begins.
Documentation provided before the first tear-off day, not after you ask.
Local Sodus Point crews mean your Roof Replacement start date isn't pushed out for weeks.
Full written scope and price before any tear-off begins, covering materials, labor, and disposal.
We explain the tradeoffs of each material option in terms that actually matter to you.
Most Sodus Point Roof Replacement projects combine two or three of these elements, not just one in isolation.
Old roofing is stripped down to the decking, with any rotted or damaged boards replaced before rebuilding.
Ice and water barrier gets installed at eaves and valleys per current code requirements.
Architectural shingles are installed to manufacturer nail patterns and exposure specs, not a rushed approximation.
For Sodus Point homeowners considering a longer-lifespan option, we install standing seam and panel metal systems too.
Poor attic ventilation shortens the life of a new roof, so we assess and upgrade it as part of most Roof Replacement jobs.
All old shingles, underlayment, and debris are hauled away as part of the Roof Replacement scope, not left for you to deal with.
We start with a conversation about your roof's age, material preferences, and timeline.
On-site assessment covers decking condition, ventilation, and material recommendations specific to your property.
You get a full written estimate covering materials, labor, and disposal before any tear-off is scheduled.
Once approved, the crew completes the Roof Replacement to manufacturer spec and provides full warranty documentation.
Full tear-off and reroof, three days start to finish, and the yard was spotless after.
